Tuition & Payments

• Tuition is due monthly.
• An invoice with a payment link will be emailed each month. Payments may also be made in person by cash or check.
• A $15 late fee will be added to payments received after the 15th of the month.

Practice Attire & Readiness

Team members should arrive on time and prepared for practice with:

• A water bottle (no food or other drinks permitted)
• Leggings or shorts (nothing baggy)
• A fitted T-shirt or tank top (nothing baggy)
• Hair secured up and out of the face
• Stud earrings only — no other jewelry
• Trimmed fingernails/toenails

Attendance & Commitment

Attendance at all practices and scheduled performances is required. Team routines rely on every member being present and prepared.

• Please notify coaches directly via text at 775-846-8224 if your child will be missing practice. Not thru GroupMe.
• Excessive unexcused missed practices, or missed performances  may result in removal from the team for the remainder of the season.
• Family vacations should be communicated in advance. Please do not schedule vacations during performance week or scheduled performances.
• Attendance at the final practice before any scheduled performance is required. Team members who are absent from this practice will not be eligible to perform. 

Excused Absences

Excused absences include:

• Fever
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Emergency
• Prior approval from coaches 

The following are considered unexcused absences:

• Birthdays
• Family member birthdays
• Other non-emergency social events
